I tend to seek out and work with models that represent the very things I struggled with liking about myself as a kid. Through my own maturation and self acceptance, I’ve developed a keen appreciation for individualism and naturalism. From freckles, to full lips, vitiligo, and androgyny.. it makes my heart super happy to be able to authentically capture and add to the visibility of stories that speak so closely to my personal journey.

Originally from Aurora, Colorado, Desi Bee is a freelance content producer and fashion photographer based in Los Angeles. Her work has been featured in Essence Magazine, VOGUE IT, and for retail brands such as Jeremiah, and Toussaint by Tarontino. Inspired by the underestimated simplicity of what it means to be present in todays society, Desi gravitates towards projects that empower individuality and self love.
